ZN-WDX | ZIRCON Leak Alert Smart Water Detector
The Zircon Leak Aler X Smart Water Detector provides audible, visual, and email alerts when it detects water, warning you to a potential water leak. Powered by one 3V lithium battery, the Leak Alert X connects to Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for a separate hub. Compact and lightweight, the Leak Alert X Smart Water Detector consists of two parts: The detector alarm housed in a plastic, magnetic case, and an attached 9.8 ft. (3 m) sensor cable to enable discreet leak detection in areas not typically accessible with a standard detector. A complete solution can be created by placing an unlimited number of detectors throughout your property as each Leak Alert X operates independently and is individually named during the setup process. To configure, link each detector to your Wi-Fi, then enter the detector location and contact information. Place the detector on any surface, mount on a wall, or affix to a magnetic surface. The sensing contacts must lay flat against the surface in order to detect water. Once moisture is detected, a loud SOS alarm will sound, red LEDs will flash, and an email alert notification will be sent, via Wi-Fi, to up to 5 configured email addresses. Place a Leak Alert X Smart Water Detector anywhere the potential for flooding or leaks exists such as: Water heaters; Sink and water filtration units; Washing machines; Dishwashers and refrigerators; Fish tanks/aquariums; Sump pumps; Plumbing and toilets. Audible, visual and email alerts for leak notification while at home or away. Magnetic detector case with 84 dB alarm and built-in surface mount for easy installation within earshot. Attached 9.8 ft. (3 m) sensor cable for leak detection in hard-to-reach places. Low battery warning chirps and sends email notifications when battery is low or needs to be replaced.
