The Socket Adapters feature a retention ball that helps secure the socket when in use. It features chamfered edges on the square drive end, which allows for easy installation of the socket. The (E-18976) is engineered with a calibrated heat-treating process for added durability. The Socket Adapter features a Matte Nickel surface for best-in-class corrosion resistance.
