The 304 marine-grade stainless steel construction offers long-lasting durability, so is ideal in wet or beach locations. Automatic, or gravity, gate latches have the advantage of using a gravity snapping mechanism that locks the gate shut automatically. They also have an easy to operate thumb switch to release the latch. Can be mounted on both metal and wooden gates, left or right handed. Can be padlocked for added security.
