This high-performance wrap has even demonstrated the ability to lower exhaust generated underhood temperatures by up to 50% Easy Installation: To install this black header wrap, begin wrapping at the top of your exhaust pipe working downwards like you would with a hockey stick or tennis racket. Once finished, the ends can then be secured with our Thermal-Tie clamps or Tie Wire products. We always recommend starting your exhaust wrap at the top of the exhaust pipe because that is where a tight wrap makes the most difference in temperature reduction and an increase in the scavenging effect.
