The Estwing 5lb Pick Mattock is built for heavy-duty gardening, landscaping, and ground-breaking tasks. Its dual-purpose head features a pick for penetrating hard surfaces and an adze for digging and pulling soil in tight or rocky areas. The drop-forged, induction-hardened head (45–60 HRC) is heat-treated and tempered for long-lasting durability. A 25% wider neck offers added overstrike protection. The tool’s well-balanced design ensures controlled, effective swings. The double-injected fibreglass handle features a TPR grip with anti-slip pattern, providing comfort, shock absorption, and reduced fatigue during extended use.
